1、备器:

专业审评杯8套,天平秤和计时器

1. Prepare tools:

8 sets of professional cups for appraisal, electronic scale timer




2、采样:

每一个生肖茶饼采同一部位称3克(大小一样) 

2. Sampling:

Each Zodiac Tea Cake is picked at the same place and is called 3G.(same size)



 

3、计时:

按顺序逐一注开水,浸泡5分钟

3. Time:

4、出汤:

按顺序逐一出汤,然后对比汤色

8、叶底:

仔细看叶底光泽,用手捏感觉
