专业审评杯8套，天平秤和计时器
1. Prepare tools:
8 sets of professional cups for appraisal, electronic scale timer
2、采样：
每一个生肖茶饼采同一部位称3克（大小一样）
2. Sampling:
Each Zodiac Tea Cake is picked at the same place and is called 3G.(same size)
3、计时：
按顺序逐一注开水，浸泡5分钟

4、出汤：
按顺序逐一出汤，然后对比汤色

是否相对一致，年份越久越透亮

再尝最新和年份最长进行对比
最后从年份最长向上品尝对比

8、叶底：
仔细看叶底光泽，用手捏感觉
